DNA evidence could speed release of man convicted of attempted sex attack

The Guardian reports on the Case of Victor Nealon and fresh tests now being undertaken by the CPS  in the light of our investigation into this case which highlighted  that DNA material linking the offence to another person had been found .

These tests could finally officailly prove Victor Nealons innocence and lead to an early Court of Appeal review .
